Before You Order
Delivery Address
When you place your order please double check the delivery address is correct. We are not liable if you enter an incorrect address and the address stated on your order accepts the delivery.
Once delivered to an incorrect address there is nothing we can do.
Made to Order
Some of our furniture is made to order only. As a result these items have typically longer delivery times. Delivery specifics should be clearly identified on product pages and we will provide you with the correct up to date information as we process your order.
Images
Product images are used to showcase the exceptional qualities of our offerings, however, these images are for illustrative purposes only.
While every effort has been made to accurately represent the colors of our product line, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will precisely match the actual product colour. Consequently, the delivered products may exhibit minor variations from the images presented especially due to the nature of wood and its natural variations. We are unable to provide supplementary photographs of individual items.
Assembly
Some of our products may require assembly. This is usually very simple, for example screws to connect a seat to a base. Instructions will be included.
Packaging
The packaging of our products will vary if they’re from different suppliers. All products are subject to availability. If an item is for some reason not available, we’ll notify you within 24 hours and won’t process your order. If you want at this point you will receive the full refund.
Access
Adequate access to the delivery address is required to accommodate the ordered item(s). Should the access points prove insufficient for delivery, a redelivery charge and restocking fee will be incurred. Comprehensive dimensions, including height, weight, and depth, are available in each product description.

Floor Protection
Please ensure adequate floor coverings are in place to protect flooring and carpets. For health and safety reasons, our delivery team cannot remove clothing or footwear.
Breakable Objects
To prevent damage, please remove any fragile items from the delivery pathway before the team arrives.
Delivery Access Information
Please check and measure access points within your property and notify us of any potential delivery challenges prior to dispatch. This includes lift dimensions, internal doorways, and tight spaces. Consider red routes, parking restrictions, delivery access and size limitations, suitable property access, restricted access or time restrictions, and for newly built properties or difficult locations, please provide accurate directions. For apartment buildings, please inform us of lift availability and capacity. If access beyond the third floor is required, please contact us beforehand for advice. Our logistics team reserves the right to refuse delivery if they deem it poses a risk to your property or themselves.
Parking
Please inform us of any parking restrictions at your property in advance. If a parking permit is required, you are responsible for obtaining it. Any parking-related issues resulting in a failed delivery or parking fines will be charged to the customer.
Failed Deliveries
Failed deliveries incur costs related to route planning, vehicle allocation, and driver time. To avoid these fees, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your delivery date.
To reiterate, adequate access to your property is essential for successful delivery. If access points are insufficient for the item(s) ordered, a redelivery charge and restocking fee will be applied.
Our standard delivery procedure is to deliver items to your property's main entrance unless alternative arrangements have been made. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery route from the point of entry is clear of obstructions and hazards. We are not liable for any damage to the delivered item(s) or your property beyond the main entrance.
Delivery refusals without prior notification will incur a charge of £15.00 to £60.00 per item, depending on the item refused.
Multiple Orders
Multiple orders will be treated individually and shipped separately. We cannot combine multiple orders into a single delivery. Our furniture and homeware varies in size and in weight so we use a number of couriers to deliver our items to you.
Delivery estimates and prices can vary according to delivery type and items and delivery estimates may vary from those given.
Delivery Delays at Customer Request
While we can accommodate dispatch delays at no cost, once an order has been processed changes may be impossible, especially if the item is in production or being shipped. Full shipping times will still apply even if dispatch is delayed by the customer.
Delivery Within Mainland UK Only
We deliver to all of mainland UK. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas, this is a cost passed on by our couriers to the customer. Delivery to these areas may be both weight and size dependent, we will contact you regarding the cost and to take additional payment if required. Please note some larger items are only deliverable to mainland UK and we cannot deliver to the Islands.

As our large range of products vary so much in weight, size and shape, our delivery fees are sometimes subject to change. If this is the case, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm any changes to the original delivery fee.
Split Deliveries
If you have ordered several items with different delivery types they may arrive separately and from different couriers. You won’t be charged extra for this, and we will work with you to ensure deliveries will arrive at a time convenient for yourselves.
Cancelling Your Order
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date will be subject to a failed delivery charge of £80. This charge will also apply if no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed-upon time. Furthermore, if you decline delivery for reasons other than damage, a removal charge of £150 will be incurred. These prices may change.
If you want to cancel your order once an order has been dispatched then charges will apply:
Parcel: £20 - £40 per order depending on size, up to £150 for larger items.
These fees may change depending on the location of the delivery address and weight of the item(s).
For cancellations taking place before dispatch you will receive a full refund.
